Aflac is seeking motivated, professional individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives focused on business accounts and employee benefits solutions.

This is a business-to-business sales role where you’ll help companies provide valuable supplemental insurance benefits to their employees while building long-term relationships with local businesses.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide licensing support, professional training, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Compensation & Incentives

Typical earnings range from $35,000–$60,000+ annually, with higher earning potential based on performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers
  • Educate employers on Aflac supplemental insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain professional business relationships
  • Help employees understand available benefit options
  • Develop and manage your own book of business
  • Prospect and grow business accounts within your local market

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional attitude and work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
  • Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
