Aflac is looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals for the Benefit Advisor - Account Acquisition Specialist position to work in a professional business-to-business sales environment. Management opportunities are available. Prior Sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.

We are seeking candidates to fill multiple openings for our Benefits Advisor position. This is a Business to Business position that offers a strong performance based compensation opportunity along with a flexible schedule. That means no nights, weekends or holidays. Whether you want to work full time 9:00am to 5:00pm or you have prior commitments you'd like to build your schedule around, we have a wonderful opportunity for you. You’ll have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus cash while training during your first 3 months of appointment and $13,700 in bonuses over the first year.

We will provide you with the resources to become a licensed agent. On - the - job training is also built into our on-boarding process._
